What is ZDragon

ZDragon is a plugin for Adobe Illustrator CS/CS2/CS3/CS4 that can easily and efficiently handle high quality 3D models. By installing ZDragon, one can view and load VRML, 3dm and IGES files directly inside ZDragon's viewer. Once loaded, it is easy to modify and make changes as necessary. And since one can send and position the modified model into Illustrator's Art Board, ZDragon provides a perfect solution for technical illustrations and documentation. ZDragon is based on the same requirements of Adobe Illustrator CS/CS2/CS3/CS4.

ZDragon's Composition

ZDragon is composed by two different elements: the "ZDragon Controller" (allows the user to change a variety of settings) and the "Viewer" (for viewing the imported models). By installing ZDragon, a new item called "Display ZDragon Controller" will be added to Illustrator's Window menu. ZDragon's Controller

By clicking it the ZDragon Controller will appear. To display the Viewer, click on the "Open" button in the ZDragon controller and select the desired file.
